Scaffolding – timelapse videos
These videos show the internal and external scaffolding builds, and their dismantling to reveal the restored North Wing at the completion of the project.
External scaffolding enveloped the North Wing for the duration of the project. Watch it gradually come down to reveal the restored exterior.
Internal scaffolding in the Great Hall was suspended from the external scaffold by spars taken through the window openings, allowing access to restore the ceiling.
